Return Conditions

Lion and Lamb will accept merchandise in its original condition for an even exchange of the item's purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

merchandise must be returned exclusively to lionandlamb.co company's address within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as scarves, bow ties, ties, pocket squares and ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.

Lion and Lamb reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Lion and Lamb’s sole discretion.

Returns to lionandlamb.co company's address are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your Lion and Lamb online account has been credited.  Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment.  Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt credit and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Return Guidelines

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.  Lion and Lamb will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. 

Custom and Personalization

In accordance with applicable laws in the United States governing the purchase and sale of special goods made to order, withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or return for credit are not accepted for orders of customized products such as, for example, those that are made to size, custom color or colors, style and embellishment on the product. The client is advised that images, photographs and samples of the color or embellishment may differ from the appearance of the actual product.

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, Lion and Lamb online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to any address outside of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. In addition, Lion and Lamb cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Lion and Lamb's control.
